BPEC Overview

The BPEC, sponsored by the Baldrige Foundation’s Institute for Performance Excellence, is a ten-week online program or a five-day in person bootcamp. It integrates strategic management best practices and templates with the Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework1 to maximize organizational resilience. This unique, integrated model provides participants with knowledge, skills, and tools to successfully champion an organization to integrate excellence for long term success.

Each BPEC session includes discussion, best practice sharing, templates, and coaching that culminates in a peer-vetted final presentation of a custom plan for excellence. This program is ideal for:

  • Organizations, leaders, or individuals that need to ensure their strategy and excellence plans are aligned and integrated to promote achievement.
  • Organizations that are advanced in their Baldrige journey and need to maintain their progress and build resilience.
  • Organizations looking to capitalize on improvements and innovations without adding new projects and tasks.
  • Leaders of an organization’s Baldrige journey.
  • Consultants seeking Baldrige credentials.
  • Graduates of the Mastering Strategy Certification Program.
