Our VP of Operations, Doug Maris, is in Dubai – and not just for the nice weather! Doug brought our Strategic Management Performance System Boot Camp with him to help professionals from across the globe build skills required in all phases of business strategy.
Learners from Dubai, UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom and Egypt have been experiencing intensive, hands-on interactive education and training to build skills in strategy formulation, implementation, evaluation and control. The boot camp consists of full-day hands-on learning sessions with breakout discussions and interactive exercises. This has led to some wonderful learning experiences full of great discussion and unique viewpoints.
The camp has been a great success thus far and has shown how well the Strategic Management Performance System works universally. The system’s fundamentals can truly be applied to any business around the world!
