Mastering Strategy - Live Online 10-Week Training Program

SPRING/ SUMMER PROGRAM:

  • May 1- July 3, 2025
  • Ten weekly sessions (2 - 2.5 hours each).
  • For US students, class begins Thursday, May 1st (7pm EDT).
  • For Australian and other Asian Pacific students, class begins Friday May 2nd (8:30a Australian Central Standard Time ACST / 9:00a Australian Eastern Standard Time AEST)

Learners who successfully complete the program may earn a university certificate from George Washington University’s Center for Excellence in Public Leadership, part of the College of Professional Studies, co-endorsed by The Baldrige Foundation Institute for Performance Excellence

The Mastering Strategy: Strategic Management Performance System Certification Program (SMPS) is intensive hands-on continuing professional education for working professionals looking to build their knowledge base and skill sets in the management of strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation.

Baldrige Foundation Certification

Offered in partnership with the Baldrige Foundation: Institute for Performance Excellence - Certification in the Strategic Management Performance System framework requires successful completion of an LBL Strategies’ Mastering Strategy program and passing the final certification exam which is administered online. There is NO additional fee for this certification.
